Application of the right of withdrawal
The client can apply the right to recede within 10 days from the arrival of the product purchased, as the article 5 of the legislative law num 185/99 says. He/she must send a registered letter with return receipt at; KALìt s.a.s Via Ipponio 120, 89132- Reggio Calabria (RC).
The client must also declare the will to apply the right to recede in English or Italian. He/she must also return the product as it is within 10 days from receiving it. The refund of the purchased product doesn’t include the expenses for the return, that is on the client who wants to recede. An email will  be sent to the client for the refund.
